What We Love About It
Tina Frey Designs are handmade using food-safe resin. This material has been tested by a laboratory to meet FDA standards for food safety and are free of lead and BPA. The collection is completely handmade with care resulting in unique variations in each item. Resin pieces are safe for use outdoors or in bath areas due to shatter resistance. However, resin can break if dropped on the ground.

Resin Care
Do not use resin pieces in microwave. Resin is stain resistant and is safe to use with all types of foods except curry or foods containing turmeric. Resin is not intended for use with hot liquids or foods. Avoid the use of sharp objects or knives on the resin surface. Avoid storing food in resin containers as they are intended for serving only.
Hand washing is always recommended for resin. However, it is dishwasher safe in low heat, delicate, and crystal cycles only. Do not put items with leather handles or other attachments in the dishwasher.
Resin can sometimes become frosty after washing. If this occurs, simply rub a tiny drop of vegetable oil onto the surface and buff with a soft cloth to restore luster. The frosty appearance does not affect the quality or usage of the item. To remove marks or scuffs on the resin surface, simply wash with dishwashing liquid and water. Alternatively, you may use a scrubbing pad to gently scrub and remove marks. If marking persists, use a fine 220-grit sandpaper to buff and remove.
