This tea has traditional chai flavours with a well balanced blend of fresh spices, and the highest quality Ceylon tea.
Chai, also known as masala chai, originated in India in the early 20th century, and literally means “spiced tea”. Love Tea's original chai blend has a wide range of health benefits. It's full of revitalising ayurvedic spices, traditionally used to support circulation and aid the digestive system.
This canister comes with 100g of loose leaf Chai Tea.
Note: The text on the canister is printed on and cannot be removed (but we think it's gorgeous!)

The Story Behind It
Love Tea skillfully crafts, blends and packs each of its products in Australia. They collaborate with growers and small scale cooperatives around the world to fairly source organic ingredients. They thoughtfully design each of their unique products to ensure optimum therapeutic benefit, exceptional flavour and minimal impact on the environment. They are Gingerfinch's favorite tea brand, and we know you'll love them too.
Love Tea was founded in Melbourne in 2006 by Naturopathy students Emma Watson and Damien Amos. Emma wanted to create beautiful products that were beneficial for customers' health and promoted wellbeing. Damien was passionate about organics, working with growing communities directly and looking after the planet.
After experimenting with organic teas, aromatic spices and therapeutic herbs for a number of years, Emma and Damien decided to make their tea obsession a full-time project. By 2012, the range included more than 20 different blends of organic, delicious loose leaf tea.
Love Tea is part of the 1% For the Planet movement, donating 1% of profits to help protect the planet.
