What We Love About It

You can bathe in the light of the Tallow Candle for eight long hours - or, as we like to, accessorize it for all eternity. It looks incredible displayed on your mantle piece (if you're lucky enough to have one), bedside table or sideboard.

The playful design is made entirely of paraffin wax and is available in nine great colours. Snuff before bedtime.

The Story Behind It

The fantastic world of Ontwerpduo emerges from the collaboration and chemistry between Tineke Beunders and Nathan Wierink. Their mission statement is to take fairy-tale ideas and translate them into functional designs to surprise the world. 

Ontwerpduo is now an established name in Dutch design. Most of their products are manufactured in-house at their Eindhoven studio, and the rest are produced as close to home as possible: mostly in the Netherlands, never outside Europe.
